amy: Originally, this was for a 30 day experience, but going raw is a lifestyle choice, and for me it's about incorporating as much as I can during my day. During the summer of '09 my vegan diet of two years became a junk food diet, although still vegan, it was horrifically unhealthy. I'm using this to track my progress and spread my excitement, you CAN be healthy as a student, without extra time and even with a limiting budget! It's all about finding the balance :)
