1) Ride on the back of a motorcycle
2) Continue eating two salads per meal
3) Sugar only from fruit + no excess grains apart from morning flax/oats
4) 3.0L of water a day: take your wait / 2 = ____ oz. needed to live/day
What are your goals? Also, don't forget to make a silly one..like riding on the back of a motorcycle, or burping the alphabet, or trying a new recipe a week, etc.
