Soft Lemon Cookies

SUPER EASY RECIPE.

2T almond flour: take raw soaked and dried almonds and run them through a grinder.
0.5T lemon juice
0.5T agave nectar
1 small lemon grated

Take a small spoon and mix contents in a little bowl, this makes a serving for one person.
It is delicious!! You don't have to dehydrate it, but I'm sure if you did the title of this cookie would be, "soft and chewy lemon cookies".
