absolute nausea.

NEVER.

EVER.

JUICE.

OR

BLEND.

BEETS.

ALONE.

I feel horrific right now, and just googled why I felt so bad (blended two raw beets with the juice of an orange), apparently it is a POTENT cleanser for the liver, and does cause nausea alone, with other fruits/veg not so much. I legit feel like puking now. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES ughhh

  2. I only use the leaves of the beets when I make my green smoothies.
I'm not a fan of beet juice at all.
I hope you feel better soon. It's the weekend, girl!
Time to party, not feel bad!! :)

  3. I can't do beet juice or the greens. It makes my throat unbearably sore. I decided it was OK to not eat them again. I've also had some intense "cleansing" from dandelion greens.

  6. Hey Rick,

YES. Juicing would most likely have been a smarter idea. It was really just a whole pitcher of pureed beet with intense chunks. I think I shouldn't have had it on a) an empty stomach, b) 2 beets c) maybe my body isn't clean enough to handle it.

  7. You are the second person I've heard this week say this! I've never had an issue, but the last girl I spoke with talked about the horrific burning she felt after consumption!
