I hope everyone has been getting their greens and eating fresh fruits, and juicing, and nut mylking, and dehydrating, and just getting excited about health, vibrance and longevity!
I need to give you guys an update on my whereabouts. I'm working away from home, aka. no blender/dehydrator/food processor, etc. I've been trying to make do but eating in a university cafeteria has been slightly difficult. I just wanted to show you one thing I'm doing which you can too!
I soaked the lentils, sunflower seeds, and brown rice overnight, and rinsed them every 3-4 hours, now they're sprouting!
