I had a grilled veggie salad and a bowl of minestrone (which unfortunately had pasta in it and it became very difficult near the end to eat around it, haha).
LOVE avocados! They are so yummy and nutritious! I put half in my morning smoothie (to make it creamy), make it with guacamole and put over a grilled portabello mushroom (with a little salsa on top) ~ two are a meal! Oh, and on salad....a great way to get the good fats I need!
