Goals: keep room clean at all times, workout daily (60 min), be nicer.

Who knew parsley could go into a drink. I need more drink ideas, have you ever used parsley in your drinks or juices?
-a ton of water. (1.5 cup)
-big handful of fresh parsley
-1 dying pear
-1 banana

parsl' of GOODNESS.


  1. NUMMY NUMMY.. i know you will love this! it is like my faux cheater drink, it's like pie in a glass, which sounds totally strange, but really is delicious, healthy, and has TONS of b-vitamins for night vision (which i use all the time).

    Apple Pie Juice

    4 large sweet apples
    1 large carrot
    ½ tsp of cinnamon
    ½ a tsp of nutmeg

    Sprinkle the cinnamon and nutmeg into your juicer. Juice the apples and carrot. Drink immediately and enjoy fresh apple pie in a glass.

    and i know you love cinnamon so give this lovely pie a try!

  2. Beautiful! Love that vibrant green. I've had parsley in juice, adds a nice flavor. I've used it in more savory juices if you're into that.

  3. Personally I'm not a fan of parsley in drinks... it leaves a strange taste that I'm not fond of. :s

  4. I love adding parsley to my smoothies. You can so tell it's good for you. Banana, mango, parsley, water ... yum!

  5. Parsley apparently I read somewhere is a breath purifier...Yes,Imagine smelling good the whole day.I juice mine with it regularly with romaine,parsley,apple,carrots,celery and cucumber.Try it sometime...My latest fascination is bokchoy as recomended by fayina girl

  6. I love parsley in my smoothies! It's even my 5 yo daughter's favourine green :) You have to try pineapple + parsley + banana.
    Other green smoothie I like is apple + lemon (just a bit)+ celeri (leaves and young branches) + banana.
    Or mango + baby spinach. I love green smoothies, can you tell :)
