my title is an exaggeration. but I have decided to kick my health and fitness into gear for summer. I went on a 30 min run today, AND CILANTRO (my bff-ae-ae-ae: best friends forever and ever, etc) went into my drink today.
-1 banana
-1 dying pear
-1 huge handful of cilantro stems and all
-blended with a TON of water
SO. foamy.
So tell me, why cilantro? What about it makes it work for you? Just curious.... ;0))
