Last months goals were:
daily green smoothie/salad/or lettuce wrap
organization: nightly room cleaning, and scheduling week on sunday nights
drinking 3 L of water daily
making time for friends and self
I was consistent with all of them except drinking 3L of water daily, and towards the last week of February my room was chaos.
GOALS FOR MARCH
1) Reading my bible in the mornings as oppose to night
2) Starting a French Horn Practice Log (for progressing musically)
3) Running/exercising 20 min daily
4) Greens daily in smoothie/salad/wrap form
